Me and my friend have been using lazer for a year now and we realized that whenever one is already in osu (no.1), they can not see the online status of the other who just boot up osu (no.2). This leads to unable to invitation for coop or even spectate for no.1 (the later can spectate and invite the former just fine since the status already shown ‘online’).
We normally resolve this inconvenient by having no.1 reboot the game. It seems that the status update only done when the game is booting and not when the player actually login as evidence by when no.1 sign out, it did not update on no.2. And when no.1 sign back in, both have the other online status and can interact normally.
In recent update, theres a online/offline notification and so we thought it have been resolved but no it still persist. I hope this post reach the dev to have this minor inconvenience resolved.
