hii,
I just got my first rapid trigger keyboard (drunkdeer a75 pro) and I'm a bit confused about how to set up the rapid trigger.

Which settings would be good?
I looked at one of the top mania players in my country and they say that they use 0.7mm actuation point. Is that the same as point action? And what about the key sensitivity setting (the up and down stroke) - do I keep them at 0mm?

at your level, i dont think it really matters. allat stuff would only really matter for like, idk, probably 3 digit players or better or smth like that idk

if you really wanna then sure, but just know the effects will be negligible

Don't have rapid trigger nor do i understand half of it but I'd just experiment and find out what settings I like best.

Bought a few different switches to try out for my keyboard, tried em out each for atleast a week. Then I stuck to my favourite outta the lot. Gateron jupiter banana for me.

Okay so I'm pretty new to rt as well but I'll try my best to explain what I know

I think you're right about the action point being actuation point

The key sensitivity is really important since finding smth that works for you will prevent misinputs.

- Release reset is important for LN release. Setting it too low would mean that even if you barely move the key up you'll drop the LN end, and setting it too high might mean releasing LN late.

- Press to activate is how far you need to re-press the key after the release reset. (I think)

Having the settings at 0mm is doable, it'll just be a harder learning curve, and you might deal with misinputs for a while until you get used to it.

If you're looking for different settings to try out here's mine:
Actuation Point: 1.5mm
Press to activate: 0.50mm
Release Reset: 0.85mm

i should really learn LN lmao. im S ranking 5.2 stars in a few attempts if not first but i can only A rank 4.5 stars and S rank 4.2 stars on 6k😭

idk but for some reason its hard to get used to tapping it i tap it way to early and sometimes too late also because its magetnic ofc i dont feel the clicks like i did with my blue switched mechanical keyboard so is it with sticking to magnetic or switching back
