Hey! New update for VS list for Round of 12 contestants

Pro,Amateur mappools for Round 12 updated!

HI! I don't want to do any big updates today,just saying theres all the matches in Pros are done
Winners:Gon,IBabymilo88,PlainWhite,Leminine,_AI and Spritzer

While amateur winners are:rampaxhellex,duan100_,MoyBei,CharlotteAI
(Two more matches are not underway yet due to players existance LOL)

Next,semi-final,will be considered as soon as possible.(But by next week,if I have no laptop,i might leave the job of updates to someone.Got to go for U intakes next weekend) SO STAY TUNE!

*players who didn't want your opponent go thru(who has got a BYE) and really want a match can be considerate on Monday night only.PM me here in forums or message in osu!* Tomoki Faizuru

Registration(CLOSED!) (Amateur Registration!) (Pro Registration!)

Info:
-The OMUC2014 will be divided into two divisions,AMATEUR and PRO
-Registrations end in a month starting 30 March until 20 April(Might be earlier if full)
-The prizes will be announce after the end of registration
-Starting of competition will be announce as soon as possible
-We'll be helding one division at a time by now,Amateur first,then Pro division later
-Only one division per person.If caught,you'll be disqualified.
-Lastly,NO CHEATING/HACKING!!

AMATEUR:
-Only Malaysians can join this division
-PP points must be between 500-1499pp
-Limited to 32 participations,if exceeds,we'll open another 8 for late registrations and have to go for Qualifying Round
-For QR,32R and 16R,we'll be having a 3 winnings game format.For Quarter and Semis Final,we'll be having a 4 winnings game format.
-For Finals,5 winnnings format to be Champ and Runner Up!(Losers at Semi will be going into a 3rd place battle,5 winnings game format)
-Prize will be given to 1st,2nd and 3rd only

PRO:
-Only Malaysians can join this division,must be above level 75 <-Not anymore!
-PP points must be 1500+ above
-Limited to 16 participations,if exceeds,we'll open to 32 participations
-For 16R(32R),we'll be having a 3 winnings game format.For Quarter and Semis Final,we'll be having a 4 winnings game format.
-For Finals,5 winnnings format to be Champ and Runner Up!(Losers at Semi will be going into a 3rd place battle,5 winnings game format)
-Prize will be given to 1st,2nd and 3rd only

Competition Format

-Only "Single Elimination" format for both divisions,means if you lost a round,you'll be out of competition(Except Semi Finals)
-Beatmap will be choose by judge for 1st game randomly,player who wins will get the host rights to change songs,It will done in every round
-Any beatmap is chooseable in every stage and might be added and announce in the future for who is still competing.
-They are specified mods are apply for some beatmaps,to see go to beatmap section

-A beatmap can be only be played once and can't be played anymore in a match,so choose wisely as a host
-Each round will be having diffrents beatmaps/difficulties,but I will assure it will get a bit harder for both divisions

Other Rules

-Contestant are ought to ready/online 10 minutes earlier before the match begins
-For late contestants,we'll wait for 10 minutes,if more then the time limit,you'll be automatically disqualified and the other contestant who waits will win by default.
-Each match MUST have a judge

-Each stuff can be a judge,please refer to judge section
-If a player really can't attend the match on the specific date and time,he/she is allow to change it but must ask the opposing contestant and any staff that approve you to get judged for your match
-Any changes will be announce ASAP in the future
-Lastly,don't hesitate to ask something.

He's right, maybe you could make a beatmaps compilation pack available for download. Seems easier rather than we have to find it ourselves.

New update! Rules mods changed,link to beatmaps added,a beatmap added,
Pros beatmap still to come very near in the future(its late now,so will do it next time)

1st day registrations so far has 10 qualified into Amateur div. and 6 qualified into Pro div.
You can check it right now if you get to enter tournament at the contestant section.For those who haven't or wrongly submit registrations,please refer at the Registrations section for your qualifications to enter tournament!

I would like to join Amateur division since the requirement is only at least level 30

Joking aside, sign me up for the Pro division~
And about the requirement, I prefer if you use pp rather than level though. Getting to level 75 standard is very easier as long as you play a lot of maps, even a newbie who play for a week non-stop can reach lvel 70. But, kinda too late for that though @@

PP stands for Progress Point (currently PPversion2) is a ranking/rating system of Osu!.
Basically, a player that can get higher ranks on harder difficulties (mods/ENHI) gain more pp, harder map = higher skill = higher pp
easier map = lessen skill = lesser pp
