(dddkkkd) and (kkkdddk) are definitely confusing for me as well but (ddkd) and (kkdk) 1/6 patterns make me want to give up on the game sometimes. Also, I randomly miss on k kdk every now and then even though it's a very simple pattern T_T
I struggle with that pattern too but another one I don't see mentioned much are doubles. They get really confusing when they're fast and mixed in with single notes/longer patterns + SV shenanigans. I also agree that the 1/6 4-note patterns can be tough in dense sections.
Not really the hardest pattern but a simple one that I hate is kkkdk/dddkd, it's rare enough that I don't get to practice it often but common enough that it's ruined a not insignificant number of FCs :/ if I know it's coming then it's fine but if I'm sightreading then it's a coin flip whether I'll miss

The hardest triplet/three notes starter for me is: 🔵🔴🔴
- My main tap for Don is left hand and my main tap for Kat is right. (Using KDDK)
- It's hard to alternate from right to left unless it the first two notes are Kats.

4+ Ka streams (mostly inbetween Don notes). I don't know why but it is hard for my fingers to do them with correct timing.

The 5step ones I put still give me a little trouble on higher bpms but overall I'm hitting them a lot more than previously.

anything else, especially longer patterns, my fingers lock in and play exactly how i want (alternating which fjnger hit on kkdd) but on shorter i kinda eh
