So then, the next day you're out shopping for groceries at a store and you see this 250 lb man, under 9% body fat, shopping for carbs and protein in bulk. Your eyes bulge out of surprise as you, the observer, had just seen a bodybuilder the previous day and admired his seemingly hard, undetermined work to be the best out of his generation in terms of his body size and strength. Well, let's call this "250 lb, 9% body fat" bodybuilder Mad Machine by Syrsa.
You ask the man, since you are determined to know his ways, "HOW DO YOU DO WHAT YOU DO? WHERE DO I START?"
He tells you one simple answer. "Wiggle. 270 BPM. To failure."
You say, "WHAT? WHO WANTS TO EVEN DO THAT?"
