Partially the reason could be I could barely hear the beats since it is soft, but the finish is a very resounding hitsound, so I could hear that a bit too clearly.

Of course, I understand how much of a pain it is to remap all the sliders and I am also aware you chose to use 0.5x in the slowest part of the song, so this is purely just a suggestion.

The images haven't changed much. There still are some white edges in some images... and the hit50.png image is still there. If you can't fix it yourself, get someone who can.

Also, the spinner is a bit better but it's still hard to notice when you're spinning.

Not easy enough. Lower HP Drain by 2 or 3. And OD by 1 or 2. This isn't really an easy if you have combos like 00:48:99 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - you may have to remap.

But if not...

01:21:68 (3) - Remove the clap on the second return arrow.
01:40:92 (1) - Start the spinner 1/2 earlier.
01:43:61 - It changed from claps to whistles, what's that all about?

Good enough structure.

00:39:47 (1) - Remove New Combo.
00:48:57 (2) ^
01:29:95 (5) - Flip horizontally, looks better.
01:41:13 (1) - Remove New Combo.
02:32:85 (1) - Don't overlap.
02:37:40 (4) - Just a bit too far.

Part 2 out of 2 modding. And I'm glad to say that I'm ready to pubble this after the modding done here. So here goes.

Do I see a white outline on the comboburst? I'm pretty sure I did. I think I see it on the section pass and fail too.

Ah... A little bit different than your current mapping style, but it's still there and still fun to play... Even though you did put triples in some places which I don't like.

00:51:68 (12) - You can shape that way better. So try this.

03:13:40 (5) - Once again, spacing?

Hitsounds are a standard 0_o style.

You know...what worries me now is the Kiai time usage... I'm pretty sure it's a bit more than 50% of the whole map is Kiai time... but then again, this song is epic. It all depends on BATs.

Speaking of Kiai time, I suggest you start the Kiai time for the last chorus on 02:59:33 - instead of what it was before for all difficulties if they aren't on this time. It goes better with the music.

You know... 3 Hard's is kinda...weird... Maybe you could make your difficulty an Insane? But if not...

...Notes on every 1/2 tick at the start. That's really annoying.

00:35:13 (1) - So misleading spacing. You might want to put it further away.
01:28:30 (4,1,2) - Yet again. ^
02:47:95 (1) - Don't like that clap.

There are some overlaps in this difficulty that isn't too great... But affects the enjoyability on a minimum scale.

I'm pretty sure I'm ready to pubble this.

Skin:
Remove spinner-spin.png (it's ugly and has some white specs _in_ the picture), or if you really want to keep it, add spinner-clear.png and spinner-osu.png. If you do that, make the spinner-clear.png and spinner-osu.png pink/purple, too.
Making the spinner/spinner-metre pink, too, wouldn't hurt either.

Also, section-fail.png and section-pass.png have very ugly white specs around them, too. Remove or fix these files.

And maybe add a custom hit50.png

Try to do this:

- Change the divisor setting to 1/4
- Resnap all notes.

That's what eventually snapped all the notes for me. Remember to check on AIMod to ensure all the notes are snapped. D:
