Problem details: I have a Pixiv page (with nsfw ) and I don't know if I can put the link pixiv on my me! osu profile ? My friend told me I can because when you don't have a account with nsfw activated we can't see but idk...

osu is an all-ages community, and as such, do not link NSFW content of any type.
The userpage is publicly visible regardless of ones settings elswhere. Also users can get reprimended by Moderators for having such content on their userpage or their avatar.

but if My entire profile is on public with sfw work and i have ONLY one nsfw things, I can't put that on my me! profile so ?

Yep, even a single NSFW work is not allowed to be posted anywhere on your profile. It is written here on the community rules, rule #5.
