Honestly I think they've done a great job on this skin, and I give my special thanks to them!
This skin is themed with my favourite anime girl Noel. She's been my signature character for a long time, so It's amazing that I have a skin of my own with her!
I've adjusted this skin to my preference after it was completed (cursor, sounds, other versions + few other stuff)
