General Info
- This tournament is a team registration, 2v2, Scorev2, Team Vs osu!std tournament.
- This tournament will be played in teams of 2. Players will have to form teams of 2 prior to the tournament.
- The tournament is open rank, but average rank limit for teams is >=#3000 (BWS). Teams have to stay within this rank limit until registrations are over, where they are allowed to exceed the limit.
- BWS will be enforced using the formula Rank^(0.9937^(badges^2)).
- This tournament is only open to Singaporean players.
- Qualifiers will determine top 32 teams to advance to the Double Elimination bracket.
- All times listed are in SGT, aka UTC+8.
Special Info
- This tournament's map pool will be focusing on, but not limited to, normal/farm maps.
- Normal maps are defined as maps that require little to no technical skill and mechanics to play. It is straightforward to play and focuses mainly in testing one's aim, stamina, speed, and high AR reading.
- This tournament's map pool will include HDHR and HDDT as mods.
- This tournament will have no warmups. Instead, warmups will be replaced with the Wild Card map for that round.
- Wild Card maps award no points, but whenever a team wins a Wild Card map, they will be awarded an additional $2 bounty for their team.
- Wild Card maps have no rules bound to them whatsoever. They are not limited by Star Rating, and can be any map, regardless of it being normal/farm. WC will operate similarly to TB in terms of mod selection.
- There will only be one Wild Card map per round, starting from Round of 32.
Bounty System
- This tournament will have a bounty system where each team can increase their team bounty as the tournament progresses via a few ways.
- These ways include:
- Achieving Full Combo on maps. (Bounty is based on the map's difficulty.)
- Achieving Full Combo on maps with Sudden Death mod. (Double the bounty obtained from FCing maps.)
- Being one of the top 5 teams for Qualifiers. ($5)
- Being the top 2 individual scorers for a map in Qualifiers. ($3)
- Being the top 2 individual scorers for a map in R032 onwards. ($1.50)
- Winning a Wild Card map. ($2) - Teams are then able to cash out their bounty only if they are one of the prize winners.
- Staff are not allowed to participate in the tournament, with the exception of streamers, commentators, graphic designers, and sheeters.
- In the event that a player cheats during the tournament and is proven guilty of doing so, the team will be disqualified. Affected teams will advance and rematch other teams, if possible.
- Players who have been recently unbanned, and their ranks have been reset, are not allowed to join the tournament, until their ranks roughly reflect their skill.
- In the event where one player from a team fails the screening procedure, the other player in the team has 1 week to find another teammate as replacement. Failure to do so will result in team disqualification. Once a new teammate is found, the new teammate will undergo the screening process during qualifiers. If the new teammate fails screening again, both players will be disqualified.
- At least one player per team should be online 5 minutes prior to the match to receive invites.
- If both players are late to show up for a match, they are allowed to be late for a maximum of 10 minutes. If not present by then, 2 map wins will be given to the opponent. If they are still not present by 15 minutes, they will be forfeited.
- If only one player is late to a match, they are allowed to be late for maximum of 10 minutes. If not present by then, the match has to proceed and the team missing the player would have to 1v2 until the player shows up or until the match ends.
- There will be no warmups for all matches. Instead, warmups will be replaced with the Wild Card map for that round.
- Players will roll to determine pick and ban order. The winner of the roll can choose either the pick order or the ban order. The loser of the roll then chooses the other.
- Bans and picks are rotated between teams.
- Banned maps are removed and thus not allowed to be played for that match.
- Each team is not allowed to fully ban a mod out. In this case, HDHR will be considered HR and HDDT will be considered DT.
- Each team has 90 seconds to pick/ban a map, and 60 seconds to ready up for the map. If due to whatever reason teams are unable to meet these time requirements, so long as it's valid, time leeway can be given, but players must stay in the lobby. (How much time given is up to the Referee's discretion.)
- NF will be enforced on all maps.
- On FM maps, all players are required to play with a mod. Each team must also have at least one player playing with the mod HR/HDHR. Mods allowed are NF, SD, HD, and HR. EZ, SO and FL are strictly banned for FM. SD is not considered a mod for FM.
- For SD, in the case of a failure, the failed score will still be counted, but the score will be multiplied by 0.7x.
- Only one player per team can pick SD for FM/WC/TB.
- If the player however manages to revive with SD before the map ends, their score will still be counted fully.
- Tiebreaker and Wild Card will follow the FM rules, but for TB and WC only, NM will be allowed. HR/HDHR is also not forced on TB and WC.
- In cases where there is a disconnection of players for the first 30 seconds of a map, the map can be replayed only once. After that, for subsequent disconnections, whether a map is to be replayed is up to the opponent's decision.
- If disconnection is caused by Bancho, no penalties will be given and match will proceed as per normal.
Qualifiers
- Players of teams will play through every map once, in order. NF will be forced on all maps.
- For each map, a score will be calculated based on each player's performance.
- Score for each map will be determined using the formula (Player's Map Score/Highest Map Score).
- Qualifiers result for each team would be the sum of scores for both players of the teams for all maps.
- Based on their qualifiers result, teams will be ranked accordingly. Top 32 teams will qualify and advance to the Double Elimination bracket.
- Qualifiers results will determine Round of 32 match ups. 1st place will face the 32nd place, 2nd will face 31st, and so on.
