Edit:

The PP skin is pretty much done, all that is missing is some small bugs, multi and sounds from my knowledge.

Hey, i like your skin, but there are some things you need to work on,
1st. no one likes end of sliders, make transparent 1x1 png of sliderendcirle
2nd. your trail shows up as deafult, again : make transparent 1x1 png of cursortrail
3rd (last) STARS ARE THE WORST THING EVER : make transparent 1x1 png of star1 and star2
btw, good skin

Hey, cool skin! I'd like to make a few suggestions, if you don't mind.

  1. hitcircle.png is too big. Its image pixel size is (almost) the same as hitcircleoverlay.png (as its supposed to be), but hitcircle.png's circle borders the image while hitcircleoverlay.png does not, causing hitcircleoverlay.png to appear inside of hitcircle.png. While, hitcircleoverlay.png is accurately sized in accordance with the dimensions of the hit circle in game, hitcircle.png is not.
This can be fixed by resizing hitcircle.png from 128x128 to 120x120. Do the exact same thing to sliderb0.png and approachcircle.png as they're also too large. This can be done in a program such as GIMP or with an online image resizer. If you need help with this, reply telling me so.
  2. In the skin.ini file, there are five combos with the same RGB value (255,255,255). You can delete lines Combo2 to Combo6, they are unnecessary as you only need one combo color for white to always repeat. Removing these unnecessary lines saves space and cleans up the look of the skin.ini file.
  3. The combo burst is still default, and is annoying for players that have just started playing osu! and don't know how to turn combo bursts off. Make a copy of a blank png (ex. hit300.png) and rename the copy "comboburst.png".
  4. inputoverlay-key.png is too big, causing the keys to overlap. Resize them from 58x59 to 50x50.
  5. I actually quite like what you've done with the cursor, but having it rotate is, in my opinion, distracting. Cursor rotation can look good if the details on the skin are subtle, but the flat colors on your cursor make it annoying. Change CursorRotate: 0 to CursorRotate: 1 in skin.ini.
  6. followpoint.png is currently in the old style of follow point skinning, using a line of dots or arrows to show where to aim. However, this style of follow-points is very out of style, not great looking and sometimes difficult to read quickly. I suggest either replacing followpoint.png with a long line-style follow point sen in modern skins, or replacing followpoint.png with a blank png so that follow points are invisible.
  7. I feel that taiko-bar-left.png is too complicated looking. I made an edit without the line in the center of the drum halves; you can use it if you want to. https://imgur.com/0srZy3f
  8. taiko-drum-inner.png and taiko-drum-outer.png are incorrectly sized in accordance with taiko-bar-left.png. I don't know how to fix this as I've never skinned taiko before.
  9. Replace scorebar-bg.png a blank png. It looks really strange in osu!mania and there's no real reason it needs to be skinned in this skin.
  10. Replace hitcircleoverlay.png with a blank png. It is unnecessary unless your skin has combo colors (this one does not).
These are all relatively small things to fix; you will most likely have no issue with it. I really like this skin and hope you continue to improve and work on it in the future!
