Why isnt my background showing up in the preview (the background in the website)?????

It's because your file name contains special characters that osu! is unable to handle when you upload it.

Rename the background from

(G)I-DLE·(여자)아이들 on Twitter.jpeg

to something like

bg.jpg

instead.

A good mapper is one that maps to the song as a whole.
