I swear if I'm going for SS, I'm going for OD<7 since I can't acc properly. This is why I rarely play with HR on 3*+ diffs, I can't read AR10, and I can't acc properly. All I can do is to be like Willy, be a human metronome and become an acc monster.
Man you need to become emotionless to be handle to handle that many SS's it's impressive
You can also go to into the whole other route and still get 100pp (if you acc. right 
)

My eyesight literally felt like it was fading when I got my Future Pop SS, and Caramel Heaven made me a near-nervous wreck due to a previous choke (1-100 on the last fucking circle before the final spinner), plus plenty of other moments I can't recall quite as clearly as those. Instances like Amazing Sky where I actually felt almost zero nerves rarely happen on high-level plays.
You just got to push through them because they're going to happen. it's either you make it so rote and robotic that nerves are barely a factor, or you manage to play through it all regardless.
I think you could do just fine with higher OD's. I only have myself to go off of, but so long as you can read the AR and understand the rhythm of the song, even OD10 is fairly easy to do. It's very hard to reach that point (I still can't read AR9.8/10 well enough to play OD10 well), but still. Push yourself on OD8 (or something like AR9/OD7.5-8), and I think you may be surprised after a time.THETM wrote:

Not really? Most of my SS's are 1-3*, most of which I could practically do in my sleep if I didn't insist on HRHDDT for 1*'s and HRHD for 2*'s. 3.6-3.7* is where I have a drop, but it's 3.8*+ where it's really noticeable to any degree.Stomiks wrote:

My highest SR "pass" to date, at least on one side of things. 6.13/5.83. The SHIORI pass earlier is arguably better since it's a higher avg, but I have a 6* pass in some capacity now, damn it!
(If I can do Suns River Revive, then I'll have a true 6* pass.)

What's interesting is that it took me nearly a month to get my second 300pp play after my first one. But it only took me a single day to get my third 300pp play after my second one.

Being about 0,06 pp higher than the previous dirty ezdt farm fc...
This diff. I played was also a farm map though the 180bpm bursts were very challenging to do for a few attempts..

I kept having this weird thing where, on the 5-note bursts, all but the 2nd would be 300s and that one would be 100, and I have no goddamn idea why.
