actually a very minor low priority thing but it does not make much sense, because in ctb you either hit something or you don't. You can't do hit it earlier or later
The hit error is actually correct; it measures how far away the catcher was from the center of the plate. The bug is that it says "ms" instead of "osupixels" or whatever measurement it's going by.
