I'm relatively new to mapping, I've been actively doing it for ~ 1-2 months, but I just don't know how to create jumps that are nice to play. I've looked at every possible tutorial and tried to improve, but I'm constantly dissatisfied.

This post is relatively stupid and useless because I should probably just map and improvise on my own.
So I wanted to ask if you might have any tips and how long it took you to create your first good maps:)

Have a nice day!

I would say just follow what the music is presenting. Sticking to just one specific pattern wouldn't work and it can even disrupt the flow even if it's continuously circular.

Try experimenting with several patterns and see if there's something that fits.
