This is an osu!standard, 1v1, NZ only tournament. All signups must have a New Zealand flag on their profile.
There are two separate divisions. The rank ranges are Open Rank and #10,000+ with no BWS and no rank buffer.
Both divisions will have the same rules and act as separate tournaments.
Players may sign up for both divisions.
Signups end at 12:00 NZDT on Saturday 26th December.
The score system used is ScoreV2
Format: Qualifiers -> Double Elimination
There will be a bracket reset in the Grand Finals.
Loser’s bracket will play two matches each weekend.
Players who sign up must join the Discord server and change their nickname to their osu! name.
Staff may not sign up as players, with the exception of commentators/streamers.
Mappools/schedules are released on Monday/Tuesday before matches.
Round of 16 and Quarterfinals is Best of 9, 1 ban
Semifinals and Finals is Best of 11, 2 bans
Grand Finals is Best of 13, 2 bans
Any form of disruptive/toxic behaviour is prohibited. (just use common sense)

The qualifier pool will contain 4 NoMod, 2 Hidden, 2 HardRock, 2 DoubleTime.
Qualifiers have one playthrough.
NoFail is enforced/failed scores count.
If a player disconnects within 30 seconds into a map, they may replay it after the lobby has finished.
The top 16 players qualify to Round of 16.
Qualifier ranking is based on golf score (the lowest sum of ranks for each map).

The designated referee will invite players 5 minutes before the match. The lobby name will be (ONZOT:(Player 1) vs (Player 2)) or (ONZ5T:(Player 1) vs (Player 2))
Players that are more than 10 minutes late will forfeit their match.
Warmups may be played before matches. If both players agree to warmups, they will roll for warmup order.
Warmup maps must be shorter than 4 minutes.
Players roll for pick/ban order. The higher roll can choose to either pick first and ban second or ban first and pick second.
Players may ban from the same mod.
Players may pick from the same mod consecutively.
Players have 90 seconds to ban maps.
Players have 90 seconds to pick maps.
Once players are ready, the referee begins the match in 10 seconds.

In the case of a tie, the Tiebreaker map will be played.
If a player disconnects within 30 seconds into a map, the map will be aborted and replayed.
If a player disconnects after 30 seconds into a map, the opposing player can choose to rematch. Otherwise, they forfeit the map.
Blatant toxicity from a player will result in a warning. If they fail to comply they will forfeit the match.
The mappool sizes are as follows:
1. Round of 16 and Quarterfinals - 5 NoMod, 3 Hidden, 3 HardRock, 3 DoubleTime, 1 Tiebreaker
2. Semifinals, Finals and Grand Finals - 6 NoMod, 4 Hidden, 4 HardRock, 4 DoubleTime, 1 Tiebreaker

Matches will be scheduled between Saturday 0:00 NZT and Monday 0:00 NZT prior to reschedules.
Players must provide proof of agreement (via screenshot or otherwise) and post in the #reschedule channel which will be followed by a tick emote upon confirmation.
Reschedules are allowed only if the reschedule request is made at least 12 hours prior to the match and 12 hours prior to the proposed time.
The proposed reschedule cannot be later than Wednesday 0:00 NZT.
If a player does not respond to a reschedule request and the opposing player has made an effort to contact them, then their match will be postponed.
1. If the opposing player remains uncontactable by Monday 0:00 NZT, they will forfeit the match.
