You can't use image from your files, the image have to be hosted somewhere on the internet as a jpg file (or any other supported file type for the [img] bbcode). To put your image on the internet you can just upload them to imgur.VedG wrote:

For a image, you can upload it into imgur or zupimages.
For a other file, use a place who can stock your files (google drive, mediafire, mega, ...). Then they give a link to find your file.
you have to upload to some services like imgur and then copy the image url
Let's say you use imgur you have to do this
