Bracket stage will use the Qualifiers’ seeding to pair up the players: #1 vs #64, #2 vs #63, #3 vs #62, etc
Mappools and Schedules for each stage will be released a week prior to the respective stage or after the last match of the previous stage. Any form of delays will be informed beforehand
Staff member cannot participate in this tournament except Streamers and Commentators
Reschedules are allowed as long as both players agree with the new time. Deadline for a reschedule is 12 hours prior to the originally scheduled time
Players are required to join the tournament’s official Discord server or the registration will not be valid.
Registration has to be done via the registration form. Registrations requests in-game, Discord DM, or in this forum post will be ignored.

Players have to show up by their scheduled time. They will have 10 minutes grace time. If they do not make it by the grace time, the opponent will receive a Win-by-Default (WBD)
Disrespect and misuse of language in an inappropriate way may result in a WBD for the opponent. This also applies for the discord server
In the case of a disconnect or a technical issue during the first quarter of a map, they may call for an abort to replay the map. This can happen once to each player per match. If players disconnect more than a quarter into the map, they may submit their score to the referee if they have proof that they finished the map. Otherwise it will result in a loss.
Failed scores count (NF will be forced on every maps)

Qualifiers

Qualifiers will be played from first to last map of the mappool in order
If a player missed the first few maps because of tardiness, they may play the maps they missed at the end of the lobby. Or they can reschedule to another lobby and continue playing from where they left off.
Qualifiers have to be played at least ONCE, a second run is optional for specific maps. The best score of that map will be counted.
Players have 1 minute to ready up for each map before the referee force start after receiving a warning

Bracket

Player with the highest roll gets to choose between first or second ban and lowest roll gets to choose between first or second pick. The player with highest roll also receives the opportunity to pick the first warmup map.
Players may choose to not pick a warmup map if they wish so.
Warmup maps cannot exceed 4:00 minutes drain time.
Players have 2 minutes to decide each pick/ban. When the timer runs out they will receive a warning. If the player does not respond, their pick/ban will be skipped. This will not affect the pick/ban order.
On freemods, players can pick one or more mods from following mods: HD, HR, EZ (1.6x multiplier), FL
Nomod is allowed but will have 0.8x multiplier
Freemods will be enabled during the tiebreaker. It is, however, not required to pick a mod.
In the case of a timeout during the picking/banning phase, the referee may put a timer of their choice.
