We proudly present you our 3rd tournament hosted by TheSkyfox, Phynta and Fleh.
After SSC [Skyfleh Summer Cup] and SWT [Skyfleh Winter Tournament] we decided to rebrand ourselves into "Abyss Cup"
This tournament is a 50k-10k tournament each with a 500 rank buffer and scorev2 [double elimination]
In order to participate you have to sign up as a team, but there are also channels in our discord in order to find players. You can register with a maximum of 4 players. Players can be switched before the maps where you will usually have 2 minutes to do so. Its a double elimination tournament which will start at ro16 (16 teams). The mappool will consist of the mods nomod, hd, hr, dt and fm. Plays with the mod "EZ" on fm will be multiplied by 1.8x to be competitive with other mods. Also this tournament uses the Badge weighting system [BWS] to calculate existing badges into your rank to provide a fair experience for everyone.
Badge Weighting System
The BWS uses following formula in addition to your rank: rank^(0.9937^(badges^2))
1. All matches are going to be played 2v2 with Scorev2.
2. It's up to four players per Team but only 2 can be in the lobby at the same time.
3. Only people in the rank range of 10k-50k are able to play (500 rank buffer).
4. People must fill out the full registration.
5. Players must join the Discord.
6. Staff (except commentators) are not allowed to participate.
7. Freemod must include atleast one viable mod from the following: Hidden, Hardrock, Flashlight, Easy (1.8x buffer) (atleast 2 mods per team).
8. Tiebreakers are Openmod, so you can play either nomod or anything from the Freemods.
