About the bitrate of the mp3, please refer to the bitrate histogram on 6th post by yongtw123 of this thread.
This mp3 file is encoded in VBR, mostly 112~192 kbps, with a smaller size, but it still displays 320kbps on windows.
I think it's ok to use this mp3.
