I had the same problem as ikari at first, but that seems to be fixed now.

Saw that you wanted BPM/offset help, so I felt I'd try to chip in, though I'm probably not very good at this.

Short answer:
BPM: 164
Offset: 154 (or maybe a few milliseconds higher)

Longer answer: At three points in the song (first verse, after first chorus, after third chorus to help check for bpm as well, which seemed fine) I put in circles at the center on several consecutive downbeats (i.e. new measures or long white ticks), then played through them with my eyes closed. These settings gave me the smallest average mistiming (pretty consistently <10 ms, which seems to be in line with my errors on ranked maps).
