1) Try Offset 1.537, the metronome are little bit not fit to the beat, but I am not sure if is right or wrong, I think you should contact some pro timing (e.g. Lybydose)
2) Sadly, your MP3 Bit Rate is 320kbps, you need to re-encode to 128kbps~192kbps, otherwise, the quality of MP3 would be bad

Approach Rate and Slider Velocity are waaaay too fast for easy diff, reduce it pleaseeeeee

00:03:439 (1,1,1) - Remove new combo, to prevent some combo spam
00:14:959 (5) - I think this slider are not pretty since it's not symetric
00:35:119 (2) - These wave slider are doesn't looks like, try something better?
00:37:999 (1) - Move further away from 00:36:559 (3), so the object won't mixed by previous pattern
01:28:879 (3) - Try move further away from 01:26:479 (1) to make neat to look

When I see some modder that 1/4 repeating slider are inappropriate for Easy and Normal diff, but I am not sure if right or wrong. I think you should contact Zekira, DiamondCrash, crybabyman (a.k.a arien666), and etc. about this stuff >.>

01:41:599 (1) - The tail slider must not overlapped by 01:39:919 (3), otherwise, it's mixed by previous pattern. Look at 01:40:759 if you want to see this
