Timing is off
Try 112 BPM with 750 offset.

Couple other things:
  • Distance snap is your friend, use it as much as you can
    Try keeping all of your beats on a 1/2 or 1/4 time. Probably stick with 1/2 until you're used to it
    Keep your combos shorter. ~10 is ideal, once they get over 15 (especially around 50) it gets to be too much
    Make sure you don't add sliders that occur while a slider is already going. This is a no-no
Try listening to the song at 25% to make sure the notes match up with what you want them to
