The timing is off. Get someone who knows how to do timing to fix that.
It's hard to mod something if the timing is bad.

Hitsounds are missing.
I don't think osu! can play .wmv files.

00:14:005 (6) - 1/4 beat backwards (but only because the timing is off.)
00:21:058 (7) - ^
01:16:083 (1) - Delete
01:27:048 (1) - Slider shape is bad.
01:44:067 (1) - Slider too long.

Intente bastante conseguir el timing correcto para tu mapa, pero esta fuera del alcance de mis capacidades.. ><
consigue ayuda con el timing aqui. Despues chekeare de nuevo el mapa.
