Listening to the song, it does not sound Hiziri Byakuren's theme, so I did some research on the song.
You should probably add these following things to the tags
Album name: Re5-W-
The song is based after, Imperishable Night Stage 2. The orignial song is translated as Song of the Night Sparrow ~ Night Bird.
The boss of the stage is Mystia Lorelei, so you change the bg to a picture of her.
Offset: 2349 for the first, so apple +12 to the all the timing sections if you like this timing

The only thing i don't like is: some new combos have really hard jumps and some others don't, and it's kinda hard to read them.

do a ctr+shift+a and fix some of your spacing inconsistencies. There are ALOT. When you make a jump, make it a new combo. Just because this is going for approved doesn't mean it needs to be unreadable. And no, I'm not just being mean.

Yes... there are a lot of spacing inconsistencies, though it might be fun once you get the hang of it. There are some things that concern me, but since this is going for approval I don't know if it's necessary.
Whether if you leave it or take it, I'm going to spill it out anyway.
01:07:685 (1) - Talking about this slider and the similar sliders too; it feels rather weird, maybe just use a hitcircle and move it to the next red tick? I know you're using jumps and stuff, but eh, doesn't follow the vocals too closely, and I can't hear the beats pretty well. That's why I said it's kinda confusing.
01:14:352 (1) - Talking about this slider and similar too; the extra repeat is almost impossible to know about, like always. Maybe delete that repeat and stack a hitcircle?
01:37:685 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Kinda unreadable (I couldn't tell if they were 1/2 or 1/4 first), but I guess it might slip through since this is for approval.
01:38:351 - You should storyboard a 2x warning.
