The BPM in offset 23,902 should be 95.00 only then inherit previous timing and click .5

Uh.....
I want to know why you changed BPM.
I think BPM changing is un-necessary.

1st Offset: 95.010 -> 95.00

You added new BPM to change slider's speed aren't you?
Click->Timing->Timing Setup Panel

Click "Inherit previous Timing settings"
If you want to increase the slider's speed, click x2
If you want to make slider's speed like the first time(Original Speed), click x1
If you want to decrease the slider's speed, click x0.5

The word what I want to say is, use "Green(Inherited timings) timings, not Red(UnInherited Timings) timings if you want to change slider's speed.)
