A Namco Original song released first for Taiko no Tatsujin 12 and Taiko Wii. The name is a corruption of an older song 'Rotterdam Nation', but the music itself has nothing to do with it. The Inner Oni difficulty can only be unlocked in the arcade version and stands now as the hardest ever in the entire series. The balloon notes at the back of Oni and Inner Oni respectively are impossible to complete since they require 999 and 765 beats respectively to complete, and are just there for points.

Oni is 9 stars with 681 beats, Inner Oni is 10 stars with 943 beats.

Note: Unless there's a timing issue, the Taiko difficulties need not be modded.

EDIT1: Fixed Inner Oni's timing.
EDIT2: Added AnGeIL's Normal, Hard and Insane difficulties, for osu! players. This song is a tad too intense for TaikOsu.
EDIT3: Offset fixed, Taiko Oni authentic fixed.

I'm not sure if I'm really qualified to mod this, but here goes!

Timing
The timing here seems fine. However, I have to question why the BPM halves, then doubles, and then quadruples near the end of the song on Inner Oni. More specifically, why isn't the doubling and quadrupling exact? It goes 200 -> 400.13 -> 800.27. Wouldn't the first BPM have to be around 200.065 in this case?

I can see here that Taiko seems to enjoy putting a whole bunch of notes in a way that doesn't go exactly with the song's beats. Since I don't have the authentic version of this song(or any song, for that matter), I can't accurately mod on any other point. However, this is Taiko, and Taiko's pretty cool, so I'm gonna give this a star. Hopefully, that can point the local Taiko Masters in this direction :)

The BPM changes were so the beats could scroll slower and then faster, just like in the authentic version. There's no option in osu! for beats to scroll x times slower or faster, so the BPM changes will have to do. It isn't exact, but I'll fix it :) Thanks

Inner Oni's timing is actually a little more complicated because it uses a combination of 3/4 and 4/4. Open up the .osu file and change the [TimingPoints] section to this:

Side-comment: I'm sorry but I feel that Normal has a lot of dull points at times. I can't exactly point out how to make it more exciting; it's just that it feels like it's only an Easy+ actually (not even a Normal). Well actually when I try to listen to the noting, it really does sound a bit dull IMO, but that's just me since I might have gotten used to this song being so noisy.

Oh it's a double 'L'? Didn't notice. Damn, I swore I said I'd check on the Oni diff, but keep forgetting. I know there are some parts there that need fixing. Thanks.

I mean, sure I can identify some parts that could be improved but right now my modding abilities are either asleep or I really can't find anything, but my senses say that the difficulties really need additional modding. The red timing section that starts the Kiai Time could probably be inherited if you're not changing the BPM or resetting the metronome or changing the offset
(the red section that ends it can stay)
Wait, aqua, didn't matty say that the time signature kinda differs in that 'slow' part? Or is this something else? Because if it's a case of timing signature, then definitely it should stay red since you'll need it put to 3/4 time signature.

Unsnapped notes? Check AIMod.
I'm assuming these are the 1/12 notes, so need not be changed, I guess.
