4 mafia is pretty ridiculous in a 12 player game if 2 for 1 is worth anything. It'd be way too easy to win as mafia. About framer, that's actually something I hadn't thought of but raises the question as to where did the other frames go? With the mass roleclaim and public announcements, it makes no sense why the framer hasn't turned up yet.
