Easier version misses background.
I thought offsets were a little early, but it plays well in test. There's so many timing sections I can't honestly tell for sure.
Saw no further issues.

These stars are useless for the time being, because this beatmap is in the graveyard. We can't rank it, no matter how much you or we want to. The only way to get the stars to count is if the beatmapper requests the map's restoration.

rank plocks; i know my 4 feeble stars cannot compete with 37 stars on the front page but still, it's a national anthem (more of which should be mapped) and also it's pretty old

Second, change the title into "Inno di Mameli".
