General:
I don't like the skin at all. I get that you're trying to get the messy look, but if you really want to, make the graphics look hand drawn. You can keep the skin, if you want though. Make an easy, too.

Normal:

Hard:

I would make this harder and rename it insane. The streams are pretty intense.

The majority of the part between breaks seems dull to me, especially near the end when it turns to notes on every beat - maybe you should've mapped to the techno-ish beat in the background instead, to keep up with the upbeatness of the streams and speed of the other parts.

Great map. No problems in either of the difficulties and I would definitely like to see this map ranked.

I don't really have anything to say besides it screams 'Storyboard me!' As-is the song is a little boring, so you should put on a show atop that BG.

I dunno what the skin you were using looked like, but I don't think a hitcircle would be a bad idea.

BPM should be 138, not 276. I don't know why DJPop suggested that, that just created work for nothing, and caused the osu! pulse to be doubled. 138 with 1/6 would've worked. Don't bother changing it back unless a BAT complains though.

Anyways, starred.

I believe these should be all the points in the song that should be 1/3 snapped. Both difficulties. Forgive me if the timestamp is inconsistent, I might've moved them 1/3 before Ctrl+V'ing, but you get the idea.

It's stupid how much the difficulty changes in this diff.

This is one of the songs in brawl that i doubted would be a good map but this map was pretty good :D
