Your BG resolution is 850x531. You have to use either 640x480, 800x600 or 1024x768.
Delete the .osb-file.
These are not true/not necessary. You can stop telling people to do them.

Awesome job! Save that code so you can remake it if you need to. In any case, I would recommend randomizing three numbers here:
startx (40 to 600), endx (0 to 640), and a delta time (looks like you've got it set at 2065 ms now, so try from 1800 to 2200). Likewise, you shouldn't start at y=480 and end at y=0, you need to make sure that you clear the screen entirely before leaving, so do y=530 and y=-50 (if you use my 50x50 image, otherwise just use the max resolution of it).
Also note that your current spark.png is improperly cropped. The best way to crop something with transparency like this is to select the alpha channel, then crop to the current selection.

- I won't change pulsing shinki cause I find it somewhat awesome like it is.
I just don't like how big she gets. A small pulse is everything that's needed to get the point across.
So there's just that color stuff left, which turns out to be my biggest problem.
Because Whenever I try to swap my picture with yours and code it like you did in your pulse-SB
it simply won't show up, dunno why.

you probably forgot the "sb\grad.png" part.
[normal]
01:14:845 (5) - notes under ends are bad form in easier difficulties. If you really want it, keep it, but just know that it's better not to hide notes. Nobody likes to not know where the next note is.
01:36:909 (4) - spacing
01:52:780 (1) - ring.png - if you want the rings to be centered exactly, note that the playfield is offset a little bit. 320x243 in the storyboard equals 256x192 in the playfield. Essentially add 51 to the y value in the design tab to get the value for the storyboard.
03:31:877 - 211877 - remember how I said you could get rid of the white overlay from before this? Well you clearly can't get rid of it here, so it's probably not really worth it. If you like the current way, then that's fine, but you might have liked the previous way a little bit better, and it's certainly much simpler to code.
IIRC normal was different from insane. Maybe you can find a different picture for the beginning part and the end background (burncity, shinkisits, shinkifire)?
[taiko]
Now I'm no expert on taiko, but some of these rhythms sounded bad to me.
00:42:619 (31,32,33,34) - dkkd or kddk
00:48:812 (31,32,33,34) - dkkd or kddk
well actually, any time you used 4 notes in a row, I think this, so maybe you can do it a few times, if not all times?
03:26:361 - add note
03:27:183 - depending on how hard this is supposed to be, add note
03:27:958 - ^
03:31:103 (1) - what about a spinner here instead? I doubt 155 bpm 1/8ths are practical here.
[insane]
00:07:277 (1) -
http://puu.sh/sjAE minor slider stuffs. Usually the 3 node sliders look like crap. 5 node gives you much better control over how they look.
00:08:768 (1,2) - So can you make this horizontal and completely symmetrical, then rotate it 60 or 30 degrees? Right now it just looks really weird.
00:13:240 (1) - put a whistle on every red tick in this section
00:28:373 (1,2,3) - accent these notes somehow. clap, finish, whistle, any sort of combination or permutation of the 3. Just make sure every time you hit, there's a significantly different hitsound. It plays really strange without any sort of differentiation (and I keep missing these notes).
01:01:663 (4) - I know you were going for some pattern here, but rhythmically I think it would be best to do the 2 repeating sliders and circle here instead.
01:17:147 (3) - shouldn't this be stacked manually down and left instead of down and right?
01:19:470 (4) - ^ up and left?
01:23:341 (3) - ^ up and right?
or just no stack at all. I believe there's a bug which prevents stacking from occurring on these sliders, and they really don't need to be stacked at all.
01:57:405 (2) - just put a little bit more effort into your sliders, okay? They aren't usually bad.

02:00:115 (3) - whistle not clap
02:01:663 (4) - whistle on the end here, not clap. same for the next one
02:05:147 (1) - The pattern you have going on in here, to me, just sucks. I hate it. Try mixing in some of these rhythms:
http://puu.sh/sjHt02:09:792 (1) -
http://puu.sh/sjHdIt's boring to do the same thing every time, and it's also boring that there are so many breaks in the notes. There should really be a note on every 1/2 unless you really need to leave that space empty. IMO it doesn't matter what you do here, so long as you fill it up. This is supposed to be an insane after all.
02:53:921 (1) - end 1/2 earlier
02:54:696 - I really wish you had more streams. I understand that streams might not be your style, so this is just my opinion.
http://puu.sh/sjKahttp://puu.sh/sjKmIt fits well considering the piano is going crazy in normal zun style there, and it's just really boring to not do anything here.
03:31:083 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - so if you dare, these should be 1/8 sliders. Well technically they should be 1/12th sliders, but osu isn't going to let us do that. You can also split it up into 2 repeating 1/8 sliders, especially if you add more streams in earlier like I recommended.
