Did you try updating all of your drivers? Does it do it outside of osu!? What are your computer's specs? And what build of osu! are you running?

No, I browse the internet normally, no lag. But in the game, it's so slow.

edit: How do I lower my visual settings? Will that make the game a little bit faster?

It says cant toggle frame limiter in opengl mode.strager wrote:

I tried changing the options to the 'directx' one. but it says that my graphic blah blah doesnt support shader model something like that.

You'll need to explain what you mean by "slow" in a little more detail for us to help.
Is your framerate low? Does your mouse jump, or smoothly move at a very slow speed? Can you reach the full osu! window dimensions? Does it happen in fullscreen mode?

Im not in fullscreen mode. Even at the smallest window, the game is still slow..peppy wrote:

My mouse move slowly and it's a bit hard to control. When Im playing the game, I cant catch up with the circle thingey..
