I would like to see an option to disable storyboards. Most of the time, they make me lag on my ancient computer.

Oops, sorry. I did search, but I couldn't find anything about it. Maybe I searched incorrectly?
Is it possible to delete the storyboards without affecting the map?

At the moment you are able to delete the storyboards from the folder and still play the map
(once the new formatting system for uploading beatmaps comes out you wont be able to...which could be in the next few months)

If you used the google search at the top left of the forums then you probably wouldn't have found anything. Using the search at the bottom of the page (when browsing the requests forum) and searching something like "disable storyboard" should have given you multiple results.
But yeah, once osz2 comes out, you won't be able to delete items inside of a map's folder.
