I was inspired by a comment in the skin talk thread to do a somewhat cartoony skin. It was fun, I think skinning may be my calling. I have a much more intensive skin theme planned for later. *evil cackle*

Thanks peppy for letting me use your uploader! :D You guys can download the .zip here. Just extract to your skins folder and enjoy. :D I'd do a preview image but that's so much trouble. ;o

xD! It's cartoony, I wanted it to be BRIGHT >D Then again, I thought your EBA note colors looked kinda faded, so~

At least I kept it in a warm color scheme, so you don't have lots of contrasting colors everywhere. ;P
