With a max score of nearly 18 million you might have to go for approval, but apart from that this is amazing and I only have a couple of suggestions:
01:46:020 (6) - New combo? - The gap in the lyrics made me expect one.
02:23:070 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - This triplet stream is laid out a little awkwardly, its hard to read the jump from 8 to 9, it would probably be easier to hit and read if you put 9,10,11 on the same angle as 5,6,7 but that's just my personal preference
03:30:010 (6,7,8) - Maybe make this a symmetrical triangle by moving up 1 and right one square, you would have to adjust 03:30:043 (9) - slightly if you take this suggestion.
