skin for effectiveness

This skin is a tuned skin focused on effective play
This skin includes
-custom cursor
-reverse arrow accent
-small spinner gauge for effective appearance of next note
-animated follow point

and has removed
-note lightening
-judgement 300
-cursor star trail and expansion
-spinner judgement words
-slider ball
-and many more for effectiveness

*cursor_alt.png is also included. use that one for more transparency and clearness.

was this a copy and paste job from stream or a re-create?

I wish streams default UI, hit circles, etc was Osu's default UI, hit circles, etc

Some are copy and paste, some are re-create. Used same font for UI design as stream.

As I have said before, I'd rather this isn't distributed and don't really want the osu!stream graphics to be used in osu!. You can privately distribute it, but I'd prefer it isn't distributed on the osu! forum.

I really like the clearness and the overall look of this skin ...if possible, I would appreciate it very much if u can PM me the download link for this skin. Peppy said u can privately distribute it. :)

Out of curiosity is there a reason to this?
Kinda rubbed me a bit on how stream got a more polished UI just seems somewhat... (lack of a better word) fragmented as if its not even from the same place or creator.

*Since i finally got this f*cking skin, i can judge this. And since it's a remake... the perfect score is 10*

some elements look horrible... (UNRATED)
back is "really" back (+4)
shadows are cut off the image borders (even glows) :( (-1)
"are you ready" supposed to be no audio... (UNRATED)
colors matched... :) (+5)
