Crop the mp3. That unmapped section is very long. Also, I saw some offsync notes. I wont fix offset and BPM stuff since I don't do those stuff.
If you can't nail the BPM by tapping, might as well check Vocaloid wikia. I'm pretty sure it has this song and the BPM.
