Ok played insane and hard both fun to play.

Insane:

00:12:726 (2) - Can't really agree with the slider here, when i delete the slider i can very faintly hear something but its not a sounds that would fit a return slider (don't know the proper name for those sliders)
What i hear is a soft tick from white to blue then from red to blue, I would make a small low SV slider here from White to Red or just remove it.

00:15:188 (2) - ^ Soft buzzing sound from White tick to White tick with a louder sound at the Red tick. should probably do same thing as at 00:12.

00:28:265 (2) - there is a change in the background music but i dont think there should be a note here.

00:41:188 (5,6) - I would use a 1/4th slider here.

00:41:188 (5,6,1,2,3) - Could map the singing here with 3/4th 2/4th 3/4th sliders. I would at least do the White to Red for the 2nd one. (This one is a personal opinion, i would map the singing and you mapped the instruments both are fine)

00:56:418 (5,6,7) - Could place this more nicely with curved sliders and some blanketing, make a little pattern with the sliders.

01:02:879 (3) - Would move this to make it look better with 4 and 5.

01:13:187 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - I don't hear a stream in this.

01:23:802 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - ^^^^^^^^^

01:33:802 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - ^^^^
