Star's Normal 1st KIAI time should end at 01:21:839 for consistency.
Since Star's Normal is a guest diff you should add guest diff maker nickname in the tags of the map.

consider adding "Star_Stream" in the tags since the name is supposed to be connected. the underscore connects the whole name.

00:08:274 (5) - add a whistle at the beginning of this slider as it plays nicely with the instrumental. replace the whistle for a finish at the end of this slider for a new pattern. the instrumental starts all over again. for more effect, add a whistle at (4) as it plays nicely with the instrumental.
00:09:317 (1) - if you add that finish, then remove the whistle at the beginning. although it matches the instrumental, i feel that it doesn't fit with the finish in effect.
00:12:969 (1) - remove the whistle at the end to emphasize the piano. only 1 key in the piano is hit, so the whistle might be a bit too loud here. also, also it'll look consistent with your previous patterns since there's no whistles at both ends at the beginning of the sliders.
00:17:143 (1) - i'm feeling a finish at the beginning to represent the start in the vocals.
00:25:491 (1) - same as above, but to emphasize the piano and to represent a new pattern.
00:50:534 (1) - ^, also move this note to the right. i feel that by doing this, it'll look neater since it's blanketing the 2nd half of the slider during gameplay.
01:06:187 (3) - remove the clap at the beginning as it breaks the consistency pattern in claps during gameplay.

i like the note placement in this. i can see the feeling given off in the map when i play this.

01:17:143 (6,7) - replace this for 2 circles and a 1/2 slider. it'll follow the vocals a lot better. the 2 circles would follow the word change in the vocals, and the 1/2 slider follows the long hold in the vocals.
01:28:882 (5) - make this slider symmetrical. the shape of it looks bad itself during gameplay. i feel that players do not want to see this at all during gameplay.
01:54:969 (5) - similar to 00:31:491, this time move this down a bit.

I suggest adding "Star Stream" in the tags as well since that's the alternate spelling in his name.
my concern is combo colors 3 and 4. they look almost the same. i suggest that you make combo color 4 darker so show that it's different. somewhere around here should work.

00:02:274 (3,1) - you should make (3) look like (1). the transition will look even smoother and the overlap on the ends is reduced, which leads to neatness IMO. it should look like this.
00:08:013 (4) - i'm thinking a NC here because it follows the dings in this part of the song. it changes from the previous note so that's what i thought.
00:09:317 (1) - i think it'd be better if you can remove the whistle at the beginning. with this many whistles, it might distract other players during gameplay.
00:20:013 (3) - remove the whistle at the end because the soft hit sample will go along with the snare in this.
00:23:404 (4) - since you have whistles at (1,2) to emphasize the piano, add whistles at the repeat and beginning for consistency, also same as above. again it's a suggestion so you can ignore it if you don't like it.
00:54:187 (4) - add a timing point here and switch to the 2nd sampleset for emphasis in the drums for this.

The song "Tadaima." is a 4:30 song found on this album. You need to change the title (add the .) and include the appropriate extension so that this is the correct version (you probably use a TV Size since it's the ending of ep12).

i hope that this is the last. the timing sounds off here. i think a 473(+25) offset is the correct offset IMO. remember to re-snap all timing points if you do this. again no kd for this post.
