Osu! site ain't updating my map [resolved]

Let's think about this, Bob makes a map and he uploads it, afterwards he changes the BG and the preview point of the map and uploads it again, but when he looks at the map's thread it doesn't give out the preview or the BG there, although when Earl downloads the map he gets the BG and the preview point just as it's supposed to...


so why doesn't the site show the BG of the map I-I mean Bob made?

Links would be appreciated.

Also have you tried clearing your browser cache or force refreshing?

Have you checked that the background filename is the exact same in the .osu file(s) (Captialization included)

Have you checked that it doesnt have non-standard characters?

hey i got same problem

preview point not correct, pic thumnail not show

i can say mypic is jpg 800x600 and i do full submit more than 20 times and i'm sure that i clear temp internet file include cookies or password or etc already.

I'm sure that i'm clear all cache and go to see it it still not show, btw what's your browser sakura ? i use chrome.
