About Us!
製作豆腐的方式如下,首先準備黃豆約500克,清洗乾淨後泡水6至8小時直到膨脹,接著將泡好的黃豆與適量清水放入攪拌機打成細膩的豆漿,將豆漿倒入鍋中以中小火加熱並不停攪拌以防燒焦,加熱至接近沸騰時關火,用濾布過濾豆渣,得到純豆漿,然後將豆漿重新加熱至85至90度,慢慢加入石膏水或鹽滷,輕輕攪拌幾下後靜置10至15分鐘,待豆漿凝固成豆花狀,再將其倒入鋪有濾布的模具中,蓋上濾布並放上重物壓制30至60分鐘使其成型,最後取出即成豆腐。
