I'd suggest changing this map's language property from Other to English so that it will be easier to find once it gets ranked.

As for your epilepsy warning, here's the standard way of doing it:

Hard Mode:
00:18:765: The loud note should be given its own circle. When playing as it is, I would accidentally hit the circle after it in its place.
00:29:741: This slider looks very wierd, and doesn't fit Utsuho's theme.
00:31:387: I don't think it makes much sense to have a slider here taking the place of circles for these notes.

The curved sliders don't really match the theme of this beatmap/song/sb. Just my 2c though.
