I just looked through the previous art contest winner backgrounds. For that one in particular I looked at the Spring 2019 Fanart Contest and it's #5. You can probably just look through the Community Contests page to find the BGs you're lookin for. I'm not sure if there are any higher res images of them somewhere tho.
