i'm opening this tread because i'm looking for serious and interesting discuss about this play-style.

Any link to reddit, this forum or anything that is talking about playing mouse-only is welcome.

You can do a lot with just a mouse if you're willing to put in the effort. I played mostly mouse only for a long time, only using the keyboard for bursts. Since I wasn't used to clicking with my left hand, I obviously sucked at streaming; at one point I could pass maps like Highscore and Airman but would fail if there were more than two 9-note bursts close to each other. I switched to clicking with my keyboard pretty soon after that, but recently I've been testing my Hard diffs mouse only to make sure I haven't done any ridiculous rhythm by accident.
