Advice on accuracy improvement?

I've been playing osu! for almost a year now and my accuracy is still kind of low-ish compared to my friends who have like 98% accuracy and can even manage an SS on DT. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do to improve my accuracy? I use blue switches and full-alternate almost all the time.

ScoreV2 and/or HR can force to focus on accuracy.
Try new skins/hitsounds.
Edit maps to OD:10 to force focus on accuracy.
Check your unstable rate after every play.
Display the hit-error bar on your screen.

Thanks, if possible could you recommend some skins with good hitsounds?
