So a couple days ago I had posted that my little sister was wanting to give osu a try. When she went to make her account she kept getting an error message that "server-side error". I tried explaining to osu support in an email the whole situation and this was there response:

Unfortunately, this is an error that we cannot fix on our end. It generally happens when you are using a shared connection, proxy or VPN. If you are, try disabling them and attempt registering again.

She tried creating her account again with the same error message popping up.
Not using any type of VPN or Proxy, but our house only has one wifi connection/router. Any solutions?
