Problem details: Mania speed variation doesn't work whatsoever, cannot find an option to let it happen

Video or screenshot showing the problem: not possible to show scroll speed, cant record it

osu! version: Stable 20190226.2 (latest)

Did you try pressing f4 and f3 when playing a song?
