Problem details: I think it started when I upgraded my windows (8 to 10 64 bits). The game randomly crashes for no reason. I tried to cap, uncap fps, use compatibilty mode and all resources that the site offers. The game closes and there's a background sound, like a sizzling or a buzzing nose in my headset. The sound stays permenantly, even when I restart my computer. The only way to stop it is to uninstall my soundcard drivers and reinstall them. I'm kinda helpless, I don't know what to do. Do you have any ideas? Osu is the only game that causes that problem, I also tried to uninstall and reinstall it.

Please check your event viewer for any crash logs. Here is a guide explaining what to look for: https://osu.ppy.sh/community/forums/topics/638421?start=6231904

It kind of sounds like you've got some serious interference issues going on, or your soundcard is not having the greatest time. What audio device are you using and where is it plugged in (i.e. USB, audio port, etc)?

I use a Xonar DGX soundcard: https://www.asus.com/ca-en/Sound-Cards/Xonar_DGX/

I use a Sennheiser Game One: https://en-us.sennheiser.com/gaming-headset-game-one

My headset is plugged in the audio port of my soundcard (green) and the microphone of the headset is plugged in the pink port, something that I find normal.

I didn't download any drivers from sennheiser (https://en-us.sennheiser.com/gaming-downloads) I think these doesn't apply to my headset.
