Yeah, it kind of sounds like it is. Open your skin folder and play the welcome.wav audio file that's in there.
Ah now I see what this is about. The customization of the welcome sound is a supporter feature so seeing as you got gifted supporter a few days ago, the welcome sound in the skin you are using is now available. You can disable it or change it to whatever you want. Do mind if your supporter runs out, it won't be available anymore.
