Problem details: Contributed for 4 months and months via BTC but I haven't recieved the supporter status.

I'm assuming that is via Xsolla. Certain payment methods can take a bit of extra time to process. If it has been 24 hours and you still don't have a supporter tag, send an email to accounts@ppy.sh explaining the issue.
