Mapping offbeat?

Hello guys i have recently created a beatmap and i don't know if this map is offbeat (https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/925459#osu/1933224 (4.61* btw)) i have the feeling that this is slightly or completely offbeat.
I also have many Timing Points. I don't know if this is correct. I really want to get into mapping but i can't get my head around it :| .


( if i have some grammar mistakes please don't be offended lol.)

If you have created your map and you think you can't do better just post it in modding queues. If someone will decide to mode it he will tell you what's wrong with your map and help you fix it.

well i guess i have to do this, is my question in this section here wrong? Atleast someone tried to help me ^^. I mean like i still don't know if i should start from the beginning or continue with the map. Anyways thanks for your quick answer :D.
